Please make sure of your selection before placing your order. Our DVD's are pre-recorded, and therefore not returnable once the seal on the DVD is broken. All international copyright laws apply, and violators will be prosecuted. We will not accept returns or refund the purchase price of any DVD once it has been opened. We will, however, replace any opened DVD that is returned to us as defective due to manufacturing. The DVD must be returned within 30 days of purchase for replacement with the
same title/ product. We apologize, but no substitutions of titles will
be allowed. Of course, if you have any questions about this policy, or about your purchase, please email our customer service at: Proofread your shopping cart and invoice for accuracy before submitting.
PRINT A COPY OF THE INVOICE FOR YOUR RECORDS. Should you find an error after submitting the order, please email us immediately and include your personal information, invoice number, and the title of the specific product ordered in error. We will do what we can on this end to correct your order. Bear in mind that our goal is to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt, (Monday-Friday, weekend orders may take longer) whenever possible. So any discrepancy needs to be addressed within 24 hours of submitting the order to avoid additional shipping costs. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive if mailed to an address within the US. For overseas orders allow up to 30 days.
